Space saving 400V SCR comes in SOT-23 package

CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPS5064 Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) is packaged in SOT-23 is a 400V, 0.8A SCR alleviating space constraints, delivering a fast switching high voltage. Device provides a low 0.8V gate trigger voltage with a low 200µA (max) gate trigger current and a fast on-state switching speed of 2.8µs (typ). Product package utilizes 84% less board space than the SOT-223 and 64% less than the SOT-89.
