SiC UV photodiodes shorten development times

Electronics Optoelectronics optoelectronics photodiodes SiC UVIFW OPTRONICS JTIA1-1G versatile transimpedance amplifier amplifies the photocurrents generated by SiC UV photodiodes, which are only a few nanoamperes strong, and converts them into a usable voltage level. The user can select from the following three preconfigured resistance values via jumpers: 10MOhm, 100MOhm and 1,000MOhm. Depending on the setting, the photocurrent is amplified in a ratio between 1V/nA and 0.1V/μA. In addition, the output voltage can be amplified by a factor between 1× and 11× via a trimming potentiometer. This value is freely selectable.
