CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CSHD10-100C Schottky 10A, 100V rectifier in the DPAK package consists of two 5A Schottky rectifiers in a common cathode configuration. Device’s low forward voltage drop (0.8V), low reverse leakage (50µA) and thermal performance (-65C to 175C) suits high temperature applications such as by-pass diode functions for solar panel circuitry. Other applications include dc-dc output rectification and reverse polarity protection.
