ElectronicsAGILENT TECHNOLOGIES Infiniium 90000 X-Series oscilloscope family with real-time bandwidth of 32GHz, includes 10 models that range from 16GHz to 32GHz and are bandwidth upgradable. Units deliver low noise floor of 2mV at 50 mV/div, 32GHz and low jitter measurement floor of ~180 femtoseconds and deep memory of 2Gpts. Accompanying probing system provides browsing to 30GHz with a full range of accessories rated to 28GHz and the ability to upgrade bandwidth in the future.
Product includes a proprietary indium phosphide (InP) integrated circuit process to enable high-frequency capability. Custom aluminum nitride packaging technology combines five InP chips in the front-end multichip module which incorporates unique noise shielding and heat dissipation techniques. This technology gives the scope series true analog hardware performance to 32GHz, compared to competing products limited to 16GHz hardware technology blocks.
