HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL SL353 Series Micropower omnipolar digital Hall-Effect sensor IC uses a BiCMOS design, making it possible to add more performance and functionality, while reducing device size. Product’s supply voltage (as low as 2.2Vdc) combines with average current 1.8µA type and reduces power consumption, extends battery life, and promotes energy efficiency. Product is available in two duty cycle configurations to accommodate a variety of low-power applications.
