ALLEGRO MICRO LC5205D and LC5210D off-line LED driver IC series include both a main controller integrated circuit (MIC) and a power MOSFET. Devices high voltage capability allows direct connection to a wide range of supply voltages ranging from 25 to 400V (recommended). Products controller chip and N-MOSFET are both housed in an 8-pin DIP package which enables a small driver board design. Over-current and thermal shutdown protections secure LED driver reliability.
