KIC KICstart2 new generation data acquisition profiler is compact, cost effective and takes advantage of firm’s easy-to-use graphical user interface. Product quickly captures an accurate profile without all of the additional capabilities to optimize the process. Product uses firm’s Process Window Index (PWI) concept to measure the quality of the profile with a single number. Product’s patented design automatically identifies the location of each oven heating zone, so few, if any, measurements are required. Unit automatically corrects for different thermocouple locations on the part, aligning them for improved profile graph viewing.
