ENCLUSTRA Andromeda XZU90 system-on-chip (SoC) module (SOM) is modular and optimized for high-end applications. Device supports up to 6 Samtec ADM6-60 high-speed connectors with up to 686 user I/Os. Module combines high-end Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC-series devices with fast DDR4 ECC SDRAM, eMMC flash, dual parallel quad SPI flash, dual Gigabit Ethernet PHY, USB 3.0 and thus forms a complete and powerful embedded processing system. Device is suitable for high-speed applications due to the high number of transceivers and the superior module connector performance. The SOM integrates up to 8 GByte of fast DDR4 SDRAM with Error Correction Code (ECC), a 16 GByte eMMC flash and a dual 64 MByte quad SPI flash. For communication, it offers up to 5 x PCIe Gen3 x16, Gigabit Ethernet PHY and USB 3.0 thanks to the 76 MGTs with up to 25 Gbit/sec – all on a tiny footprint of just 80 × 64 mm.
