MURATA Two lines of metal terminal type multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) includes the KCM line for automotive applications and KRM for general purpose functions. Both are intended primarily for insulated-gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) snubber circuits typically used in automotive and industrial equipment. Devices provide an operating temperature range between -55 and +125℃, with a capacitance range of 8.2 through 94nF. The ultra-small components with U2J temperature characteristics deliver an automotive component rated voltage of 630Vdc to 1000Vdc, and a general-purpose component rated voltage range between 630Vdc and 1250Vdc.
