Memory LCD suite adds three new sizes

SHARP MICROELECTRONICS Three new sizes join firm’s Memory LCD suite: 2.94-inch, 6.0-inch, and a 2.7-inch Transflective display. 1.35-inch memory LCDs are also available. Products are high-contrast, high-resolution monochrome displays that allow denser content than many other types of same-sized LCDs. Device is suitable for e-book readers, smart meters, medical monitoring devices, white goods and fish finders.
