MCU delivers 80µA/MHz active power consumption

RENESAS ELECTRONICS RA4M2 Group MCUs deliver a combination of low power consumption, high performance, and enhanced security features making them suitable solutions for industrial and IoT applications. Devices deliver an operating current of 80µA/MHz in active mode, and low standby current of 0.7mA. Devices have an extremely fast wakeup time from standby of 30µs. With operating frequencies up to 100 MHz, product series is suitable for performance hungry, low power applications such as industrial and IoT edge devices.
