Low-profile, open-fin IC coolers are light-weight

JARO THERMAL JAC00057 series of light-weight 71mm (L) x 52mm (W) x 11mm (H) open-fin IC coolers are suitable for low-profile applications.  Device provides a low ‘noise to CFM’ ratio and is suitable for cooling BGA, graphic and embedded processors and other ICs including microprocessors, FPGAs and DSPs. Product’s open-finned design combines both natural and forced air convection while using a pre-applied phase change pad and universal mounts. The cooler provides a life expectancy of 70,000 hours @ 40C. Thanks to the embedded ‘fan to sink’ design and added pushpins, device reduces IC installation steps as well as saves space.
