LDOs voltage regulators support -40°C to + 85° operating temperature range

TRANSFER MULTISORT ELEKTRONIK Diotec’s DI62061/2/3 series of high precision low-dropout (LDOs) voltage regulators are capable of supporting an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to + 85°C. Covering voltages from 1.8V to 3V, devices deliver a constant and accurate output voltage within a ±1% margin. Devices can be used in dc-dc converters, battery management systems and back-up power supply units (PSUs). The CMOS technology employed in their design ensures that minimal power losses are witnessed. A current limiting mechanism is incorporated into each device, enabling a high degree of protection against damage during overload situations. Supplied in a tape-and-reel format to facilitate automated assembly, these extended temperature LDOs are housed in compact SOT23 packages.
