IR receiver module serves remote control systems

NTE31000 IR Receiver Module is a miniaturized receiver designed for infrared remote control systems. Device consists of a PIN diode and a preamplifier in one package. The epoxy package acts as an IR filter. Device provides very low supply current and photo detector and pre-amplifier in one package. Product is compatible with NTE30116 ( blue tint lens) and NTE30047 (clear lens) IR LEDs. Device has supply voltage of 2.5V to 5.5V and delivers improved immunity against ambient light.
