Hybrid polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitors are robust

TDK CORP SMD series hybrid polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitors are available in 25Vdc/ 330µF and 35Vdc/ 270µF versions, each with dimensions of 10 x 10.2mm (d x l). The robust devices are RoHS-compatible, qualified to AEC-Q200, and designed for a maximum operating temperature of 125 °C, while delivering a long service life of at least 4,000 hours. compact devices provide low ESR value of ≤20mΩ and high ripple current capability of 2.8A at 125°C and 100Hz. These values are made possible by the hybrid polymer technology.
