ASI 50mm high temperature inductive proximity sensors are available in stainless steel housings for high temperature applications of 250C (482F), provide switching distances of 40mm and are available in NPN or PNP. Each device that operates above 180C is designated with ÔEXT in the product syntax and requires an external amplifier to function. Two amplifier options are available, especiallyfor applications where continuous, reliable functioning at high ambient temperatures is required.
