High-temp PTC resettable fuses

BOURNS MF-NSHT Series High-Temp Multifuse PTC Resettable, surface mount fuse has an operating temperature range up to 125°C and is available in the 1206 footprint. Devices provide holding currents range from 0.10A up to 0.75A with trip currents ranging from 0.50A up to 3.0A and is AEC-Q compliant. Under fault conditions a polymer PTC’s resistance will rise exponentially and remain in a tripped state, providing continuous overcurrent protection until the fault is removed. Once the fault is removed, the power cycled through the PTC fuse will return to its normal low resistance state.
