Electronics Wireless Controlled crystal OCXO oscillator oven wirelessRFX OS936M-10 high stability Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) delivers frequencies up to 500MHz whilst still delivering low harmonics, extremely low ageing and improved Allan Deviation performance. Designed around an in-house manufactured precision SC cut crystal, frequency stability is ±5ppb over a -40 to 65 Deg. C operating temperature range. Device limits the harmonics to -35dBc and the sub-harmonics to -40dBc. Short term ageing is ±0.1ppb maximum per day whilst long term ageing is ±80ppb maximum per year, both measures after 30 days continuous operation. Device provides improved phase noise performance for a multiplied frequency design at -150dBc/Hz @ 100kHz. Product has a one second Allan Deviation of approximately 1.5×10-10 for a 400MHz output providing for a highly stable frequency source.
