MURATA 250W IRH-W80 half-brick and 150W IRQ-W80 quarter-brick ultra-wide 10:1 ratio dc-dc converters are both high power density modules, providing efficiency levels above 91% with a 16 – 160 Vdc input voltage range. Featuring an encapsulated package, device delivers single outputs of 12V, 24V, 54V, along with a programmable undervoltage lockout. Product has remote enable on/off, as well as hold up pin function and an adjustable current limit. With a wide output voltage adjustment range of ±10%, devices provides 3000Vrms reinforced isolation, along with tight line and load regulation.
