High-density aluminum capacitors boost energy

CORNELL DUBILIER THA and THAS Thinpacks series aluminum electrolytic capacitors provide high energy density in a low profile aluminum electrolytic cap. Devices are suitable for low profile circuits where high capacitance is needed for bulk storage. THA Thinpacks are 8.2mm thin, have a 3,000-hour life at 85°C. THAS ThinPack is 9.0mm (adds a stainless steel wrap-around sleeve) and has a 3,000-hour life at 105°C. Values from 140µF @ 450Vdc to 18,000µF @ 10Vdc, with 72 capacitance/voltage combinations are available for each series.
