High current, low rDS N-channel MOSFET comes in SOT-23F package

CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMPDM303NH high current, low rDS(ON), N-Channel MOSFET is available in the industry standard SOT-23F package and provides continuous drain current rating of 3.6A. Device combines on-resistance, rDS(ON) of 27milliohms and a very low total gate charge, Qg, of 8.8nC makes it a suitable energy efficient solution for higher current, space constrained applications.
