VISHAY TANTAMOUNT Hi-Rel COTS series of surface-mount solid tantalum chip capacitors for military and avionics applications provides a metal case and hermetic sealing to meet the requirements of MIL-STD-202, Method 112, Condition A. Sprague T25 series provides low ESR down to 180mohms at +25C and 100kHz and is available with surge current testing options in accordance with MIL-PRF-55365. Offered in the D case code, T25 devices provide a capacitance range from 22µF to 330µF over voltage ratings from 16V to 50V; capacitance tolerances of ±10% and ±20%.
