GaN power amplifier optimized for 20–2500MHz operation

RICHARDSON RFPD MACOM Technology Solutions NPA1007 GaN wideband GaN power amplifier is optimized for 20–2500MHz operation. Device is designed for saturated and linear operation and it is assembled in a lead-free 6mm x 5mm, 8-lead PDFN plastic package. General-purpose device is suitable for narrowband and broadband applications in test and measurement, defense communications, land mobile radio and wireless infrastructure. Device features a GaN on Si HEMT D-Mode amplifier. Product delivers 28V operation, with 12.5dB gain @ 2500MHz and providing 43% drain efficiency @ 2500 MHz
