GaN front-end module serves Wi-Fi designs

QORVO QPF5005 Wi-Fi front-end module, GaN on SiC transistors, power doubler and amplifier is suitable for Wi-Fi 6, radar, EW & DOCSIS 4.0 CATV systems. The transmit / receive module serves a wide range of radar, electronic warfare, DOCSIS 4.0, CATV, and communications systems. Device features include a frequency range of  8-12GHz; Tx Psat: 37dBm; and a PAE between 33-37%.
