ESD protection products guard mobile devices

BOURNS Model CG0201MLC ChipGuard ESD protection product delivers ultra-low capacitance (0.2 pF) in a miniature 0201 package, which meets ongoing performance and small footprint requirements in space-constrained mobile applications. Device meets IEC 61000-4-2, Level 4 (±8 kV contact/±15 kV air discharge) standard and provides fast response of less than one nanosecond to ESD strikes. Product delivers bidirectional protection with low clamping voltage, low leakage current and wide operating temperature range.
