Enviro-friendly XO operates on as low as 0.8V

NDK NZ2520SF environmentally friendly ultralow power-driven crystal clock oscillator (XO) is compact, and measures L= 2.5 x W= 2.0 x H= 0.9mm.
Device operates on as little as 0.8V which is 50% lower than comparable crystal clock oscillators. When coupled with a 40% reduction in current draw the device shows a 70% reduction in power consumption, extending battery life. Available in a frequency range of 1.5 to 50MHz with a stability of 50ppm, device has an operating temperature range of -40 to +85C and is in lead-free RoHS packaging.
