Diodes safeguard portable electronics with 400W surge capability

VISHAY VTVSxxASMF series surface-mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) protection diodes deliver a 2% breakdown voltage tolerance and a high surge capability of 400W at 10/1000 µs for portable electronics. With a low 1mm profile, low-noise technology and fast response times, product line consists of 23 devices with working voltages from 5V to 63V, with breakdown voltage tolerances of 2% or 5% available.
