Connectors with simple push-on mating design

AMPHENOL SV SMPM connectors for high density, high-frequency applications provide microwave performance through 65GHz and less than .140-inch center-to-center spacing. Devices are suitable when minimum board separation width is needed. Devices are available in multiple configurations to accommodate any board-to-board spacing requirement and feature a ‘push-on’ design for mating without the need for threads and wrenches. With higher withdrawal forces on the full dent shrouds, products have become a standard for quick and effective interconnects using both semi-rigid and flexible cables. Devices are 20% smaller than firm’s SV Microwave SMP connectors.
