Compliant low-inductance, high power resistors come in compact TO-247 package

BOURNS Model PWR247T-100 Series AEC-Q200-compliant, high power thick film resistor comes in a compact TO-247 package. Engineered with a thick film resistive element on a white alumina ceramic substrate, devices deliver low inductance advantages. This element enables heat sink contact that is electrically isolated from the resistive element making the device able to absorb power up to 100 watts when properly mounted to a heat sink. The radial-leaded device provides a through-hole mount and a wide resistance value range from 50 milliohms to 1 megohm.
