CDFP connectors, cage assemblies boost bandwidth, space efficiency

HEILIND ELECTRONICS TE Connectivity CDFP connectors and cage assemblies come with 16 channels of up to 28Gbps data rates for 400Gbps total bandwidth, enabling high port and bandwidth densities of pluggable I/O. Product has been developed with the flexibility to help address individual design requirements for faster speeds, optimal use of space and simplified connections. Device includes a 0.75mm contact pitch, 120 contacts, dual row paddle card interface and press-fit assembly. Product simplifies assembly with one-step placement on pcbs using a pre-assembled, one-piece press-fit connector and cage design.
