RENESAS RA Family of Arm-based MCUs deliver advanced security and enhanced performance that simplifies development of IoT endpoint and edge devices for industrial and building automation, metering, healthcare and home appliance applications. Based on the Arm Cortex-M, the 32-bit devices provide a combination of optimized performance, security, connectivity and peripheral IP in an open architecture that allows designers to re-use their legacy code and combine it with firm’s software and ecosystem partners to address the next generation of embedded solutions. Product family includes the RA2 Series (up to 60MHz), RA4 Series (up to 100MHz), RA6 Series (up to 200MHz), and the dual-core RA8 Series (to be released later).
