Analog microwave signal generator delivers up to 67GHz

ROHDE & SCHWARZ SMA100B analog microwave signal generator covers frequency ranges of up to 31.8 GHz, 40 GHz, 50 GHz and 67 GHz. In overrange operation, unit provides signals up to 72GHz. Product generates signals with low single sideband phase noise and high output power with extremely low harmonics at the same time. With its ultra low phase noise option, unit can output pure RF signals with a single sideband phase noise of -120dBc/Hz (40GHz, 20kHz offset; measured). Product provides more than 70 dB of uninterrupted RF level sweep without glitches or signal blanks during the level sweep.
