GREENE TWEED ArlonÒ 3000 XT thermoplastic for electronics applications provides improved thermal stability and chemical resistance, very low moisture absorption, very low wear and high impact resistance. The cross-linked, semi-crystalline polyketone solution delivers improved high-temperature performance over other plastics used in the electronics markets (above 460C). Due to its salient dielectric properties, product can boost electrical insulation and dissipation, deliver faster signal throughput and enhance noise-abating characteristics over existing materials. It is capable of load bearing over the glass transition point (Tg), while also reducing susceptibility to moisture and steam.
