CISSOID EARTH family of high-temperature 80V power MOSFET transistors is a high temperature N-channel device guaranteed for operation from -55C up to +225C. Device is available in two versions (CHT-NMOS8005 and CHT-NMOS8010), rated respectively for 5A and 10A maximum drain current. Both versions exhibit high temperature performances. At 225C, CHT-NMOS8005’s gate leakage current remains below 500nA, while its drain off current is as low as 20µA and its turn-on delay time is 30ns.
