EATON P6SMB Series Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) surface mount diodes are available in multiple values. The low-profile, industry-standard SMB package has improved clamping capability and is rated for 600W peak pulse power capability on a 10/1000μs waveform. Available in both uni- and bi-directional versions, product Series has voltage ratings from 5.8V up to 512V.
