LITTELFUSE IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1984Y 600V, normally open power SIP relay is rated for up to 1A dc/1Arms continuous load current. The high-reliability device uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 4000Vrms of input-to-output isolation. Product’s optically coupled outputs employ IXYS ICD’s patented OptoMOS architecture and are controlled by a highly efficient infrared LED. Device provides a typical on-resistance rating of 0.51Ohms and a maximum rating of 0.66Ohms.
