5mm² circular photodiode serves medical designs

OPTO DIODE AXUV20HS1 high-speed photodetector with a circular active area of 5mm diameter (typically 20mm²) is suitable for high-speed detection of low-energy electrons or X-rays. Device is one of several AXUV detectors that deliver high performance measurement of photons, electrons, or X-rays. Device provides electron detection to 200eV and has a typical rise time of 3.5 nanoseconds. Storage and operating temperatures range from -10 °C to +40 °C (ambient) and from   -20 °C to +80 °C in nitrogen or vacuum environments.
