4-Bit, dual supply translating logic transceiver has auto direction sensing

Nexperia’s NXB0104 Series 4-bit, Dual Supply Translating Transceiver with auto direction sensing enables bidirectional voltage level translation. Device features two 4-bit input-output ports, one output enabled input and two supply pins. Device is suitable for translating between any of the low voltage nodes (1.2V, 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5.0V). Product series has been qualified to the AEC automotive standard Q100 (Grade 1) and is available in the 14-pin TSSOP14 and DHVQFN packages. The DHVQFN has side-wettable flanks enabling automatic optical inspection (AOI) of solder joints.
