250mW single mode laser diodes boosts performance

LASER COMPONENTS ADL-83Y51TL 250 mW single mode laser diodes provides a high performance for any application requiring high power NIR radiation with a longitudinal single mode beam profile. Key application areas would be those using camera-supported gesture controls as well medical engineering, printing and security (IR lighting). In CW (continuous wave) mode, device will emit 250mW of output power at 830nm. Operating in pulsed operation, devices can be readily overdriven to produce up to 500mW. The compact TO-56 housing is hermetically sealed and permits operational temperatures of up to 60°C.
