10 GHz oscilloscope increases bandwidth with 4, 6 or 8 channels

TEKTRONIX 6 Series B Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) extends the performance threshold to 10GHz and 50GS/sec. Developed to meet the demand for high-speed data movement and processing in embedded designs, unit provides improved signal fidelity with12-bit ADCs and low noise, 10GHz bandwidth and up to 8 FlexChannel inputs, enabling users to confidently analyze and debug today’s embedded systems, while enjoying ease of use. Product delivers an improved combination of bandwidth, sample rate, vertical resolution, low noise and high ENOB, providing enhanced measurements and confidence. With up to 10 GHz of fully-upgradable bandwidth and up to 50GS/s sample rate, users receive improved visibility of signals in high-performance designs. Instrument delivers industry-leading signal fidelity, contributing less than 51.1μV of noise at 1mV/div and 1GHz, and less than 1.39mV of noise at 50mV/div and 10GHz.

To compliment MSO, firm released TDP7710 TriMode Probe, which extends the line of TriMode probes to match the MSO’s advancements.
