OTTAWA ? Agilent Technologies Inc. has established a system-on-a-chip (SOC) testing and training centre that will provide a wide spectrum of SOC testing capabilities to meet the needs of regional fabless semiconductor companies and IC design communities for testing semiconductor devices.  The centre will also offer training programs for Canadian and regional design and test engineers. Access to this regional training centre is aimed at improving  productivity while reducing costs for local companies.
