Transistor optocouplers boost performance with temp range up to 110C

EVERLIGHT ELECTRONICS EL617, EL101X and EL121N high performance optocouplers combine a high breakdown voltage of 80V with a wide operating temperature range from -55 to 110C, enhancing system reliability. Devices provide a high isolation voltage of 5000Vrms for improved insulation characteristics and a creepage distance of more than 8mm. Devices are Pb-free, RoHS-compliant and VDE approved.
