COBAR SOLDER LF3237 solder wire is a high activated water soluble flux formulation for special applications. Product improves soldering and wetting performance even on difficult surfaces. Due to the high halide content of 1.2 percent, product performs very well on all available pcb finishes, while the residues are easily removed with water. Product series wire is available standard in the SN100C, SAC305 and SAC387 alloys with a standard flux content of 2.2 percent. Lead-containing alloys are available on request in diameters from 0.2 to 3.5mm.
