TDK-LAMBDA ZMS100 2 x 4” medical and ITE certified power supplies can operate with or without forced air cooling. Product’s design has maximized electrolytic capacitor lifetime, reducing output capacitor ripple current (which causes internal heating) and ensuring good airflow around components. Carrying a 3-year warranty, device is currently available with 12V, 15V, 24V, 36V or 48V outputs, with a planned 28V model to be launched in early 2015. User adjustment of -5/+10% accommodates non-standard voltages. Products reliably provide up to 80W output power convection cooled, or 100W with just 0.7m/s airflow at 50C ambient (70C maximum with appropriate de-rating).
