Future Acquires French Distributor

Future Electronics has acquired French component distributor PN Electronics. PN Electronics has been operating in the French market for 23 years, and has annual sales revenue of approximately US$60 million, built on a stable of electromechanical, passive and semiconductor suppliers. The acquisition will reportedly double Future’s market share in the region. PN Electronics customers will gain access to Future’s European technical services, including its European System Design Centre, and to a logistics infrastructure that delivers next-day to anywhere in mainland Europe from a regional inventory. www.futureelectronics.com
