Differential probes benefits from additional input dynamic range

LECROY Dxx30 series WaveLink differential probe models are available at 8, 10 and 13 GHz. Devices provide high input dynamic range of 3.5Vpk-pk and a large offset range of ±4V. With the combination of high bandwidth and voltage range, devices are suitable for measuring high-speed DDR signals, such as DDR3, DDR4, and LPDDR3. Units are available as modular components, or as complete probe systems for ordering convenience.
