Toronto’s Seneca College and EMS provider Celestica Inc. are collaborating to offer IPC certification courses weekdays and evenings beginning in September at Celestica’s Toronto facility. The courses will be offered through Seneca’s registration and are targeted at individuals currently employed as inspectors, engineers, supervisors and manufacturing personnel or individuals seeking employment in printed circuit board assembly related industries. Students receive hands on education and training to become Certified IPC Specialists or Certified IPC Trainers following 24 to 40 hours of classroom training.
