With an average of 150 violation notices per month, California Proposition 65 is most heavily prosecuted restricted material legislation in the world. Until the introduction of the  new legislation, violations could be avoided with a simple generic warning with the product. To better enable consumers and professional users to safeguard themselves from chemical exposure, California has enacted new legislation with more specific warning requirements including the identification of the listed chemical causing the exposure. This webinar will go into depth on the new requirements while providing a background on what types of products and materials are currently suffering prosecution.
