The printable, flexible and hybrid (FHE) electronics technologies provide significant advantages to aircraft manufacturers. Only recently the materials used for such electronics have reached the level of performance demanded by aviation manufacturers.
Join us to learn more about cutting edge technologies, hear examples of successful implementations and get a glimpse into future! You will also have the opportunity to visit the University of Waterloo’s Quantum-Nano Centre and Giga2Nano Lab, along with a visit to VueReal’s headquarters.
Objectives:
- To give a perspective to the state of the art in printed, flexible and organic electronics technologies
- To discuss current research undertaken by the University of Waterloo and the National Research Council (NRC)
- To discuss Industry examples, challenges and opportunities for growth
Event will be held at the Waterloo Institute for Nanotechnology (WIN), Mike and Ophelia Lazaridis Quantum-Nano Centre in Waterloo, Ontario.
