Keynote Address by Bob Steinke

Bob Steinke was the servant leader for DVT for over 14 years. He brought DVT ‘Disruptive Virtual Technology’ from a small machine vision company in Georgia to an internationally known company. He grew the company by applying servant leadership in all business aspects. Servant Leadership means putting the needs of others before our own needs instead of asking “What’s in it for me?”. A servant leader would ask. “How may I serve you?” As stated by Bob, “Agape is a Greek word meaning unconditional love.” That is what DVT brought to machine vision.

Bob also received an award from A3 organization as the inventor of the “Smart Camera.” Bob is an outstanding speaker and motivator.
